It all begins with a choice

Do you want to be healthier? Choose fruits and vegetables.
Do you want to earn more? Choose to have a side income.
Do you want to meet more people? Choose to get out of your room.
Do you want to be happy? Choose to be.

IT ALL BEGINS WITH A CHOICE.

Choose to make a difference in other people's lives.

But before the choice is acceptance
Accept that you are unhealthy, financially-challenged, having less friends and unhappy.
It is from acceptance that we shed off that pride to take in what reality is telling us,

with that revealing what we really feel and what we really want.

Then keep that want in mind. Hold on to it like the very last coin in your pocket.
Say it over and over again to your self until you become sore of hearing it
and you'd now want to see it unfold.
Say it to your colleagues so perhaps they can spare a bit of wood to fuel that dream,
and they can help you work through it.
Write it down as you imagine it. Condition yourself and plan ahead to the least detail:
how your face should look like the moment you get it, how you tweet to the world of the good news,
how you would like the greatest feelings to drown you for a minute.
Pray for it every night before bedtime.
Pray that you dream about it when you sleep.
Pray that the universe will conspire to help you with it.

Then choose to.
Make choices that point to that choice.
And please, stick to it like bubble gum on your hair.
Don't just cut it off when you lose the patience.
Tell yourself that from now on, you will make only things that are attuned with your choice.

And when you get it. Celebrate.
Congratulate yourself for doing your best.
Praise yourself for choosing to make a difference.
And most of all, love yourself more for the new person you have become
because of one simple choice.
